Delivery Information

In case there is immediate availability of the code you ordered: Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 2 pm are sent the same day. Otherwise they are sent the next working day. Delivery time is 1-3 working days for Greece and 4-7 for Cyprus and European Union countries.

In case there is no immediate availability of the code you ordered: The time of manufacture of your jewelry ranges from 5-7 days. From the moment it is ready, the delivery time is 1-3 working days for Greece and 4-7 for Cyprus and European Union countries.

For all your orders, shipping costs are FREE.

The shipments of the products are made through the company ELTA courier.

The monitoring of the shipment is done with the shipment number through the website of the courier company: https://www.elta-courier.gr/search.

Return / change process

Fill in the "Product Returns" form that you will find in the "Returns" menu at the bottom of our e-shop.

Once we receive the request, we will contact you for details as soon as possible.

Fraud policy

We are not responsible for any use of your information or your payment card by third parties. The safety of your cards and your personal information is entirely your responsibility.

In case of fraud (a customer’s registration or purchases) with use of your personal information or payment card, the department responsible is the Cyber Crime Department.

Payment methods

All purchases can be made using a Credit or Debit Card. For your payment you will be transferred to the secure page of the cooperating bank Piraeus, through which we accept our payments. All cards of all banks are accepted. There is no extra charge for your payment.

Gift card

You can give your loved one a gift card to spend this money in any purchase through our online store.

Use the menu "Gift Certificates" that you will find at the bottom of our e-shop for this feature.

It can be redeemed whenever it wants, there is no expiration date.

The purchase can be made by credit or debit card and after the purchase is completed, it will be sent to your email.
